Summer Camp Terms And Conditions

By enrolling your child in the summer camp program at School, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Payment for the summer camp program must be made in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued for cancelation. Attendance It is expected that your child will attend the summer camp program for the duration specified at the time of registration. If your child will be absent for any reason, Sessions will not be repeated. Photography and Media: By enrolling your child in the summer camp program, you grant Shree Swaminarayan Academy permission to photograph and/or record your child for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify in writing at the time of registration. Changes and Cancellations: SHV schools reserves the right to make changes to the summer camp program schedule, activities, or staff assignments as necessary. In the event of a cancellation by School, a full refund will be issued to registered participants. Liability Waiver: By enrolling your child in the summer camp program, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and group settings. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless to SHV school, its staff, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from your child's participation in the summer camp program.
